Step 1: You need to remove the barrier inside the van to make space.
All you need to do is to unscrew it
And take it out .
Now everything is much brighter.
Step 2: Install the first layer of the insulator which is at the very bottom.It is the stripes of foam.
Step 3: And then you lay down 2 cm of foam (still Polystyrene) for insulation.
You need to cut the foam to fit the shape of the floor.
Step 4: The third layer is the reflectix
Step 5: The last layer is 15 mm of polywood
Now the flooring is completed.
